The 120-Day In-House Printing Proof Pilot

Prove the savings
before buying the equipment.

IHS installs, trains, and supports.

  • All lab equipment at $0
  • $7,500 fee + refund the difference.
  • Day 120: buy and keep, or remove. No purchase obligation.

The outsourcing problem

High lab fees

Labs charge a markup on every case. That money leaves the practice.

Slow turnaround

Cases wait days or weeks at the lab. Same-day dentistry does not work when the appliance is out of the building.

Back-and-forth

Calls and emails create delays and communication gaps.

Less control

You do not control the appliance. The changes you want often do not come back.

How the pilot works

01

Lab savings review

Get current lab spend and see what in-house could save you.

02

Install

System configured in-practice

03

Train + support

Staff trained, SOPs, cases supported

04

Prove

Track savings, turnaround, and production.

The guarantee

If verified savings during the 120-day pilot don’t equal the $7,500 implementation fee, IHS refunds the difference.

Subject to conditions.

Example: Save $6,000 and IHS refunds $1,500.
At day 120 — if it works:

Purchase permanent equipment and keep the system running.

If it doesn’t:

Pilot equipment is removed. No purchase obligation.

15-minute Lab Savings Review

Bring one month of lab invoices. IHS will estimate the in-house opportunity and potential savings.

Optional next step

Stage 2

Printing is the offer. Prove savings in-house first.

After printing is proven, milling can be evaluated as an optional Stage 2. It is not part of the starting pilot.
